Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Jonathan's team delivers consistent results across lawn care, design, and irrigation work, with long-term clients citing reliability and fair prices. They handle everything from overgrown yards to sprinkler repairs and sod installation with speed and attention to detail.
Most recent reviews show a pattern of failed appointments, unanswered calls, and communication blackouts. Earlier reviews describe botched lawn treatments, unreturned deposits, and property damage (sprinkler systems, fences) with disputed charges or refusals to make repairs. When work does happen, crews move fast but diagnosis and ongoing care suffer. Long-standing lawn clients report years of ineffective fungicide treatment and no professional assessment. Older 4 and 5 star reviews praise Jose's reliability and design, but the weight of one and two star complaints spans over a decade.
Eight five-star reviews over the past month highlight consistent punctuality, professional execution, and a clean finish on both regular lawn work and one-off projects. Spencer and the team communicate via automated reminders, adapt to client schedules, and handle everything from maintenance to fence work and tree planting with visible pride in their output.
