Customers who hired this Georgetown crew describe the same pattern: clear talk before the job, careful work, and a clean yard afterward. Several reviewers have returned for a second or third year. Results show up as leveled low spots and a thicker, healthier lawn.
Reviewers name Brandon as the lead contact on most jobs, and they praise his quotes, timing, and follow-up advice. Crew work covers core aeration, scalping, topdressing with a compost and sand mix, and fertilizing. One reviewer had a rain delay rescheduled without trouble. Complaints are absent in these recent reviews, though one 4-star reviewer noted jagged areas left after heavy rain.
Limited review evidence available. Vista Lawn and Landscapes has operated in Central Texas since 2013, according to their website. They serve the Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown areas with landscape design, construction, maintenance, irrigation, and seasonal services.
From the first call through project completion, reviewers consistently experience a crew that shows up on time, explains each step clearly, and leaves yards level enough that some customers ask if it's artificial turf. Marshall Wells and his team (including Carlos, Tyler, Jason, Pedro, and Sergio) handle lawn leveling, core aeration, and topdressing for yards across central Austin and surrounding areas; they charge fairly, match their estimates exactly, and follow up with advice even after the job is finished.
Five-star reviews praise Phillip and CJ for quick fixes and courteous service, while the bulk of feedback flags chronic installation failures: leaking sprinkler systems, uneven grading causing flooding, and lack of warranty support. Customers report having to call repeatedly for follow-ups and being charged again to address the same problems.
