Over two decades serving Austin, Diaz Lawn builds trust through decade-long customer relationships and consistent on-time service. The owner, Teresa in the office, and field crew earn praise for fair pricing, responsiveness, and willingness to tackle extra requests. However, older reviews flag sporadic communication lapses, missed appointments, and irrigation work that required second repairs elsewhere.
Reviewers describe a 5-star record across 31 Google reviews. Customers praise on-time work, tidy cleanups, fair prices, and a hands-on owner. Long-term clients in Rough Hollow and Cardinal Hills Estates say they keep hiring the team for maintenance and projects.
One review praises P & L for cleanup work ahead of a home sale: leaf clearing, tree trimming, and pond cleaning at a reasonable price. Evidence is limited to a single five-star account.
Reviewers say the team explains work clearly and treats yards with care. Many have used them for years and still book them. Oak wilt treatment, fertilizing, and pruning come up most often in the feedback. Named staff get credit in several reviews, including Ty, Steven, Arlen, Jarin, and Jimmy. Customers also mention quick estimates, fair pricing, and crews who walk the job with them at the end. Complaints are rare in the recent set.
