Reviewers on Google keep describing the crew as friendly, professional, and dependable. Owner Abe comes up often, with reviewers saying he answers quickly and talks through options before work starts. Many customers have used the company for years and say they would hire them again. Most of the recent praise covers lawn and yard upkeep: mowing, edging, cleanup, and rock installs around trees and flower beds. Several reviewers also praise the Christmas light work, saying the crew hangs and removes lights easily and fixes problems fast. Review text is limited to the most recent reviews, and none of them mention tree service specifically.

Terra Dura builds high-end outdoor spaces across Austin with strong design sense and native plant knowledge. Most reviewers praise clear communication and attention to detail; Andrew and Justin earn specific mention. However, a significant six-figure project exposed critical flaws: 11-month delays plus five additional months for warranty work, with an independent engineering report documenting poor grading, structural deviations, and safety concerns on the patio, pergola, and pool. The stark split between glowing smaller projects and this documented failure suggests inconsistent execution on larger jobs.
