David and his crew turn up on time, know what your lawn needs, and handle it. Four years in with some clients; all five reviews are full marks.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Five-star and one-star reviews split almost evenly here. Staff who do engage are knowledgeable and helpful with material selection; the showroom stays organized with solid inventory. Multiple reviewers struggled to reach the business by phone or hit closing-time confusion, which hints at operational issues beneath the surface.
Across 251 Google reviews, customers give HCTT a perfect 5 rating. Many describe crews who trim carefully, clear debris, and leave the yard clean. Several say they book again and again. Reviewers often name Roland as the lead and say his crew arrives on time and finishes fast. One customer praised plant health advice on Eagleston Holly trees that had lost their leaves. Others mention canopy lifts for insurance fire inspections and removals over roofs and pools.
Every backyard project-whether turf, hardscape, or tree work-is completed on schedule with crews who show up on time, answer questions patiently, and leave the site clean. James and Peter consult closely on design, adjust for site constraints, and oversee jobs personally to ensure finish quality. The team handles complex work: steep-slope staircases, pool prep, erosion control, privacy screens, and artificial turf across multiple service areas. They coordinate with pool builders like Delphina Pools and adapt plans flexibly. Named crew members Jimmy, Adam, Peter, Peyton, Carrie, and Maria appear across jobs, and clients book them repeatedly for follow-up projects.
