Most customers experience responsive, consistent lawn care with a father-son team known for follow-up communication and willingness to add-on services like mulching or stump removal. One 2-year-old dispute involved incomplete work, aggressive conduct, and payment demands, creating a stark contrast to the overwhelmingly positive pattern elsewhere.
All six reviews award five stars. Clients praise Amy and Chris for listening carefully, staying accessible during projects, and delivering exactly what was promised without surprise costs. Their work spans xeriscaping, hardscape walls, pergolas, decks, and full landscape installations.
YardDoc earns high marks across lawn care, landscaping, and pest control: crews show up on time, staff know native plants, and many reviewers praise reasonable prices and quick responses. One serious complaint describes miscommunication over service dates, accidental animal release, and owner denial of responsibility for resulting injury costs; most other feedback highlights the opposite pattern of reliability and care.
