Long-term customers praise Darwin's crew for skill and reliability; a major recent project claims $23,000 was paid for pool landscaping that left debris piled against the house, mud flowing into new turf and the pool itself, with the owner refusing correction.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Recent shift: Highly favorable 5-star review from 2 years ago contrasts sharply with a severe 1-star complaint filed a year ago over a large incomplete project
All seven reviews are five-star. Two clients report year-long partnerships, praising ADLA's ability to handle complete landscape overhauls: design, construction, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and ongoing maintenance. Staff like Todd (designer) and Michelle (project manager) stand out for flexibility, frequent site visits, and responsiveness to client input.
Limited review evidence available. The business holds licenses for sidewalk work and demolition, operates across Austin and surrounding areas, and lists a broad service menu including landscape and hardscape work.
Customers who write reviews keep coming back to the same points: staff explain options clearly and the work looks good afterward. Several reviewers name a specific project lead, and many say they would hire again. No review in the sample is negative. Reviewers praise the design phase most. They mention honest suggestions, plant picks for Texas conditions, and crews who show up on time and leave the site clean. Projects mentioned include patios, pavers, retaining walls, turf, privacy shrubs, and sprinkler repairs.
