What do customers say?

Merced and his team deliver solid results on landscaping and tree work when jobs stay on schedule, but reliability gaps undercut the positives. Multiple reviewers praise fast, professional crews and fair pricing; however, a consistent thread of no-shows, ghosting after the sale, and incomplete or poorly executed work suggests operational problems that leave some customers stranded mid-project.

Praised for
  • professional and punctual crews
  • fast and efficient work
  • fair pricing
  • handles complex jobs well (tree work, drainage, hardscape)
  • responsive on first contact
Watch-outs
  • poor follow-up communication and no-shows
  • incomplete work and unfinished projects
  • quality control issues (shoddy installation, careless site cleanup)
  • unresponsive after initial contact
  • warranty claims not honored

Best for: homeowners needing one-off lawn maintenance or tree trimming with clear scope and early-stage communication
Think twice if: you need warranty follow-up, multi-phase projects requiring consistent contact, or complex installations (irrigation, drainage) where compliance and ongoing support matter

What stands out?

  • crews are efficient and hands-on
  • handles full-scope projects from design through tree work
  • same-day emergency response on some repairs
  • transparent about budget-friendly pricing

Worth knowing

  • Owner is Merced; customers name him directly in praise
  • six-month warranty mentioned on irrigation but reportedly not honored in disputes
  • same-day service possible on emergency sprinkler repairs
  • crew treats trees with disease prevention after trimming
  • paid in full before work in at least one case led to unresolved issues
