Most reviewers praise Kyle's professionalism, responsiveness, and crew quality across hardscape, design, and maintenance work. One significant complaint: a customer paying $500–$650 monthly for promised plant health and irrigation oversight saw plants fail over six weeks with no alerts, and the owner did not respond to concerns. The broader pattern suggests strong execution and follow-through on most jobs, but the concierge service model did not deliver as marketed in that instance.
Reviewers consistently experience attentive project management and quality finishes from Brant and his crew, with owner involvement and transparent communication throughout. Services span landscape design, hardscaping with drainage, irrigation install, lawn care, and outdoor structures; most praise centers on long-term relationships and thorough cleanup after work.
Reviewers praise fast quotes, fair prices, and polite crews. Owner Adam often visits to quote in person, usually the same day. Most reviews describe tidy, finished yards and friendly service. Work covers yard clean-ups, flower beds, mulch, sod, and tree trimming. One 1-star review says weed removal missed roots and a promised spray never happened. Scheduling and cost communication drew a complaint too.
All 16 reviews are five-star. Customers praise Adam for scheduling fast, showing up on time, and finishing work to a high standard. Pricing is consistently called fair for the quality delivered. The crew is described as professional, polite, and attentive to detail across lawn care, hardscaping, and sod work.
