Maldonado delivers solid work through experienced crews and responsive project managers, but scheduling reliability and account management have been serious issues. One account improved dramatically after a manager change; others report chronic no-shows, poor communication, and unresolved equipment damage. Current performance likely depends on which team oversees your property.

The business splits sharply: older reviews praising Robert's leadership and HOA work contrast sharply with recent complaints about rushed, sloppy maintenance, damaged lawns, and crews who ignore instructions. Newer clients report muddy ruts, overgrown weeds, uneven mowing, and poor communication; multiple reviews note staff unprofessionalism on the road. Limited detail available on current operations.
