Reviewers describe steady, personal service from named technicians like Mike Phipps and Alex Ward. Several customers switched over from other lawn companies and say the service feels more attentive. Communication comes up again and again, with techs checking in between visits.
Larger jobs get strong marks too. One design and installation project praised the project manager for frequent site visits, progress videos, and a crew that cleaned up daily. Irrigation fixes were called quick and accurate. Review text is mostly from five-star reviews, so complaints are scarce.
Complete Landscapes has a sharp divide in reviews. When crews led by Eduardo, Jorge, Jacob, or Alfredo show up, residents praise their design skill, attention to detail, and professionalism. But cleanup standards are inconsistent, damage claims go unaddressed, and some properties report weeks-long gaps between mowings with debris left behind.
Five-star reviews praise quick delivery, fair prices, and dependable service for repeat customers. But a substantial share report minimum order thresholds that exclude small residential jobs, rude interactions, quality inconsistency, and order denials that have driven some to competitors like King Ranch.
Gold Star Landscaping delivers consistently high-quality work with Jeffrey leading projects that range from full yard overhauls to specific repairs. Crews arrive punctual, finish quickly, clean up thoroughly, and handle everything from sod replacement and grading to paving, planting, and irrigation fixes. Their strength is listening to what you want, explaining options clearly, and executing with visible pride in the outcome. Common thread across projects: reviewers praise specific crew members (Yefri, Luis, Alex), honest pricing, and willingness to go beyond the initial scope to make things right. One reviewer noted slow initial response time, but nearly all 151 reviews were five stars. Service areas include Austin, Georgetown, South Austin, Lockhart, and the northern suburbs.
