What do customers say?

Thrive earns consistent five-star reviews for design, installation quality, and crew professionalism. Travis Odom leads hands-on from initial consultation through completion; his team (Luis as operations manager, crew foreman Victor, and installers) show up early, work late, and clean up daily. Problems like dim uplighting or plant selection get fixed without pushback because the company prioritizes customer satisfaction over being right.

Reviewers praise mature plants that look established immediately, hardscaping precision (stone patio, curved driveways, gravel pads), sprinkler system work, and landscape renovation that solves real problems like drainage. For large or complex projects, coordinating with Luis on regular site walks can help catch stone placement or other details early. Multiple customers have returned or plan to.

Reviewers say the crews work carefully and finish on time. Many mention quick replies, honest quotes, and turf that still looks good years later. Pet owners say their dogs use the yards often. Some customers praise the process as easy and well explained, and a few name staff they worked with. One four-star review describes wrong sand and a second visit to fix it and clean up.
