YardDoc

4.9(225)✓ Google-verified

Reviewers often say YardDoc shows up fast and keeps them informed. Customers praise friendly, professional technicians and clear quotes that do not push a contract. Most reviews are five-star, though two short one-star reviews give no detail. Pest control draws the most praise, with ant, termite-style, wasp, and raccoon calls handled quickly. Landscape work, like a dry creek bed that fixed runoff, also earns strong marks. Named techs Chris, Jonathan, and Rachael come up often, along with a follow-up visit after a job.

Top Choice Lawn Care

4.8(630)✓ Google-verified

Top Choice delivers reliable, well-maintained lawns with staff who know their work and respond promptly to questions. Pricing compares well against competitors, and reviewers regularly praise the attention to detail and genuine care. The main friction point is billing: a few customers hit surprise charges when services expanded beyond expectations, and the payment portal has caused frustration. Named staff like Johnny, Ford, Lisa, Jeremy, Myra, and Vanessa appear frequently in praise. The company performs irrigation checks, sod installation, tree trimming, fire ant control, and landscape design. Most report booking through an app or portal, though one reviewer noted that process needs clearer ground rules upfront.
