Reviewers often say YardDoc shows up fast and keeps them informed. Customers praise friendly, professional technicians and clear quotes that do not push a contract. Most reviews are five-star, though two short one-star reviews give no detail.
Pest control draws the most praise, with ant, termite-style, wasp, and raccoon calls handled quickly. Landscape work, like a dry creek bed that fixed runoff, also earns strong marks. Named techs Chris, Jonathan, and Rachael come up often, along with a follow-up visit after a job.
Most recent reviews praise Dylan and the crew for quick, good-quality work and steady updates. One older 1-star review describes a deck project with budget overruns, missed dates, and unlicensed electrical work that needed redoing.
Top Choice delivers reliable, well-maintained lawns with staff who know their work and respond promptly to questions. Pricing compares well against competitors, and reviewers regularly praise the attention to detail and genuine care. The main friction point is billing: a few customers hit surprise charges when services expanded beyond expectations, and the payment portal has caused frustration. Named staff like Johnny, Ford, Lisa, Jeremy, Myra, and Vanessa appear frequently in praise. The company performs irrigation checks, sod installation, tree trimming, fire ant control, and landscape design. Most report booking through an app or portal, though one reviewer noted that process needs clearer ground rules upfront.
Seven of eight reviews praise Ben's work, reliability, and design skill across yards and tree work. One recent caller reported a hostile phone encounter, though the business claims it was a phishing call.
