Every review gives 5 stars. Connor and his crew listen closely, deliver designs that exceed expectations, and stay on budget. Customers praise fair pricing, skilled work on mulch beds, patios, xeriscaping, and tree care. Many rehire them and refer friends.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviewers praise tidy work, friendly crew members, and fair prices. One recent 1-star review describes a missed visit, a jump in quoted price, and no reply. Ratings are high overall, but that one booking breakdown stands out.
On landscape and hardscape projects, Clean Scapes delivers polished work with skilled design and careful attention to finish. However, multiple reviewers report unsafe driving by company vehicles, noise nuisance from early-morning equipment use, and allegations that tree crews over-prune trees unnecessarily or without adequate explanation. One reviewer also reported illegal dumping, and follow-up on safety complaints has been slow or absent.
YardDoc earns high marks across lawn care, landscaping, and pest control: crews show up on time, staff know native plants, and many reviewers praise reasonable prices and quick responses. One serious complaint describes miscommunication over service dates, accidental animal release, and owner denial of responsibility for resulting injury costs; most other feedback highlights the opposite pattern of reliability and care.
