Most reviewers praise tidy work, friendly crew members, and fair prices. One recent 1-star review describes a missed visit, a jump in quoted price, and no reply. Ratings are high overall, but that one booking breakdown stands out.
Every review gives 5 stars. Connor and his crew listen closely, deliver designs that exceed expectations, and stay on budget. Customers praise fair pricing, skilled work on mulch beds, patios, xeriscaping, and tree care. Many rehire them and refer friends.
Reviewers never mention a hard problem with timing, pricing, or crew conduct. Clients say the team listens, offers real design ideas, and keeps them informed during long projects. Several say the work stayed on budget and on schedule. Many reviewers plan to hire the company again or refer friends. Owner William and designer Jesse come up often, along with a foreman named Chris. Clients praise drainage fixes, steel planter boxes, sod, flagstone patios, and xeriscaping. One client who works from home said the crew stayed considerate of clients and noise.
YardDoc earns high marks across lawn care, landscaping, and pest control: crews show up on time, staff know native plants, and many reviewers praise reasonable prices and quick responses. One serious complaint describes miscommunication over service dates, accidental animal release, and owner denial of responsibility for resulting injury costs; most other feedback highlights the opposite pattern of reliability and care.
