Most customers praise Ted's Trees for quick, professional tree and plant installation at reasonable rates, with staff who listen and advise well. Serious concerns emerge from a minority: delayed or absent responses to problems, especially irrigation issues, and one account of the owner becoming rude after months of ghosting.
Most reviewers praise Julie and the team for thoughtful design, plant knowledge, and meticulous year-round maintenance that makes xeriscaped and native gardens thrive. A few long-standing clients credit them with multi-year remodels and consistent service, though one complaint from years back mentions aggressive trimming and a billing dispute they didn't resolve.
Long-term customers praise Darwin's crew for skill and reliability; a major recent project claims $23,000 was paid for pool landscaping that left debris piled against the house, mud flowing into new turf and the pool itself, with the owner refusing correction.
