Every job hits on time and the owner Rob communicates clearly from quote to finish. Homeowners consistently praise the crew's precision, tidiness, and pace, plus willingness to refine design ideas on site. Maintenance work like joint cleaning also gets high marks for restoring patio stability and appearance. Rob appears to manage the business hands-on, and reviewers single out Domingo and crew members for professionalism and attitude.
Beyond driveways and patios, the team handles custom features like built-in grill stations, outdoor kitchens, and retaining walls. Multiple clients note they chose RcTex over other quotes because the price felt fair relative to the quality delivered. One realtor and a homebuilder both use Rob as a trusted referral partner, suggesting consistent performance across commercial and residential work.
All six reviews are five-star. Mariela leads consultations that help customers clarify what they want; her team installs metal borders, fabric, and other details without mess or noise. Work is reasonably priced and gets done fast. Evidence is strong but limited to six reviews.
Most customers praise Ted's Trees for quick, professional tree and plant installation at reasonable rates, with staff who listen and advise well. Serious concerns emerge from a minority: delayed or absent responses to problems, especially irrigation issues, and one account of the owner becoming rude after months of ghosting.
Reviewers consistently praise Claudia and Amy for deep bamboo knowledge and willingness to work around tight schedules. Staff answer questions over months or years after purchase, walk customers through species selection and irrigation setup, and often complete jobs the same day. One older complaint noted lack of phone pricing.
