Clients return repeatedly and refer friends, citing her responsiveness, professionalism, and deep integrity throughout the project.
Innovation Grounds consistently delivers strong landscape and hardscape work across Cedar Park and surrounding areas. Reviewers praise the crew's professionalism, attention to results, and willingness to adapt. A handful flagged missed appointments and billing mix-ups, though the business appears to resolve issues when contacted. Over a year of consistent 5-star feedback suggests these early hiccups have not recurred.
Design-led installation gets strong praise; Hope and Marshall earn specific mention for responsiveness. Long-term customers report excellent service and thorough crews. However, multiple reviewers cite poor follow-up on repairs, unresponsive communication despite contracts, damage from careless equipment use, and perception of high prices for secondary work like mulching.
The Grounds Guys earn strong marks for lawn maintenance and completed landscape work, with crews known for courtesy and owners Jim and Tina credited for responsiveness. However, larger projects expose systemic gaps: repeated scheduling failures, incomplete quotes, poor coordination between office and field, and irrigation mishaps including water main damage. Customers report no-shows without notice, vague project scopes requiring daily site oversight, and questionable pricing adjustments mid-job.
Review evidence is limited: 20 Google reviews average 4.1, with mostly praise for design work and crews. Several older reviews cite pricing and estimate problems. Detail across services is thin.

On landscape and hardscape projects, Clean Scapes delivers polished work with skilled design and careful attention to finish. However, multiple reviewers report unsafe driving by company vehicles, noise nuisance from early-morning equipment use, and allegations that tree crews over-prune trees unnecessarily or without adequate explanation. One reviewer also reported illegal dumping, and follow-up on safety complaints has been slow or absent.
Over four years, Austin Shuler has built a reputation for on-time service and clear updates, handling everything from residential sod work to large commercial tree jobs. Reviewers, many of them property managers and business owners, consistently note his team's professionalism, knowledge of local landscaping, and willingness to fix urgent problems on short notice.

One reviewer praised the owner for engineering solutions around HOA constraints and absorbingcosts when trenches ran deeper than planned. Crew finished a complex subsurface drainage project three days early, navigated seven rounds of HOA revisions without pressure, and caught safety issues on the job.
Most customers report reliable lawn service at fair rates, with staff like Augustine and Tray earning consistent praise for professionalism and follow-through. A small number faced serious issues: damaged sprinkler lines and hibiscus plants, property damage disputes, and an unresolved refund; reviewers in those cases felt the company avoided responsibility.
Review sentiment splits sharply. Several older five-star reviews praise design work and quick help, while recent two-star and one-star reviews describe sloppy crews and debris left on neighbors' property.
All seven reviews are five-star. Customers praise Jeremy and his team for designing and installing custom putting greens that look natural, roll true, and hold up over years. The process includes site visits, design options, and computer graphics before work starts.
YardDoc earns high marks across lawn care, landscaping, and pest control: crews show up on time, staff know native plants, and many reviewers praise reasonable prices and quick responses. One serious complaint describes miscommunication over service dates, accidental animal release, and owner denial of responsibility for resulting injury costs; most other feedback highlights the opposite pattern of reliability and care.

North by Northwest earns strong marks from commercial clients and HOA managers for reliability and professionalism, but residential homeowners report consistent quality failures: grass scalped to bare dirt, debris left scattered, and unresponsive emergency repair handling. Weekly notification messages and on-time service appeal to some; others describe yard damage, ignored instructions, and a "not my job" attitude toward cleanup.

Maldonado delivers solid work through experienced crews and responsive project managers, but scheduling reliability and account management have been serious issues. One account improved dramatically after a manager change; others report chronic no-shows, poor communication, and unresolved equipment damage. Current performance likely depends on which team oversees your property.
All 21 reviews rate U.S. Lawns five stars. Customers praise owner Jonathan and his crew for showing up on time, staying within budget, and delivering quality work on the first pass. The locally owned franchise model and willingness to tackle any job without negotiation stand out in a market where reviewers elsewhere report price padding and inconsistency.
Blue Agave delivers strong initial work on patios, stonework, and garden features, with owners praising Cesar's design creativity and clean execution. Repeat customers return for quality results, but some face delayed responses or unaddressed issues after the job ends, particularly on larger xeriscaping jobs.
